LAST LAUGH AWARD (sponsored by Goldsboro Books)
CRIMEFEST, the international crime fiction convention, annually recognises the outstanding contribution that humorous crime novels make to the genre with the Last Laugh Award for best humorous crime novel.
The award will be presented again in 2010 at the CRIMEFEST gala dinner (22 May). Sponsor Goldsboro Books is providing a £500 prize for the author of the winning title.
To ensure that we have all relevant entries for consideration, we would appreciate you sending us details of ALL your eligible titles. (There is no cost attached in submitting titles.)
Eligible are any humorous crime, spy, suspense and thriller titles published for the first time in the UK in 2009.
The deadline is Friday 18 December 2009.

SOUNDS OF CRIME AWARD (sponsored by Audible UK)

The Sounds of Crime Awards for best abridged and unabridged crime audiobooks will be presented again at the CRIMEFEST gala dinner (22 May). Sponsor Audible UK helps to make the awards possible.
To ensure that we have all relevant entries for consideration, we would appreciate you sending us details of ALL your eligible titles. (There is no cost attached in submitting titles.)
Eligible are any crime, spy, suspense and thriller titles first published in 2009 in both print AND audio formats (abridged and/or unabridged). The audio book must be available for download from Audible UK. (Please submit the title if you are unsure and we will verify its eligibility.)

In recognition of the increasing popularity of eBooks, CRIMEFEST, the international crime fiction convention, is instituting a new award for best crime eBook. The award will be presented for first time in 2010 at the CRIMEFEST gala dinner (22 May).
To ensure that we have all relevant entries for consideration, we would appreciate you sending us details of ALL your eligible titles. (There is no cost attached in submitting titles.)
Eligible are any crime, spy, suspense and thriller e-books published in BOTH hardcopy and e-format for the first time in the UK in 2009.
The deadline is Friday 18 December 2009.
Entries should be submitted by email to ebook@crimefest.com as follows:
- one title per email
- each email to be accompanied by a copy of the eBook
(Acceptable e-book formats are ePub, PDF, rich-text-format, text and (Microsoft) Word.)
